Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) are the exclusively applicable conditions between Prestige Beverages AG (operator of guerdon-champagne.com) and purchasers of products offered on the website. Deviations require written agreement.

2. Orders

By submitting an order, you accept these terms and conditions. Orders are binding upon submission. A minimum order value is not required.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT. Payment is by invoice. The operator reserves the right to adjust pricing for future orders.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available within Switzerland and Liechtenstein via Swiss Post (PostPac Priority). Orders placed by 3 PM ship on the next business day. If delivery fails within the stated timeframe, customers may cancel and receive refunds for purchase and shipping costs. Free shipping on orders of 6 bottles or more.

5. Warranty & Returns

Customers must report damaged or incorrect items within five business days. Products must meet Swiss legal standards. For cork-sealed wines, the company accepts returns within two years if bottles remain two-thirds full.

6. Customer Obligations

Buyers confirm they are of legal drinking age (18+), provide correct delivery addresses, and inspect shipments within five business days of receipt.

7. Governing Law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
