Extra ripening time
As with good red wine, the taste of champagne develops as it matures in the bottle. In order to set ourselves apart from large manufacturers, we prioritize the time factor and limit the demand we serve.
Guerdon's extra-long ageing guarantees its excellent taste and fine perlage. That is why our champagnes mature twice as long as the world-famous brands.
Best grapes
The "Marne" region is known for its limestone soil and mild climate. Our harvest therefore benefits from the unique conditions in Champagne.
We work exclusively with grapes from our own vineyards. In addition, only the best selection and the best juice, the first pressing "Cuvée", is used for Guerdon.

The region’s special limestone soils help us to harvest grapes with character and fruit.
Exclusivity
The name “Guerdon” dates back to the 14th century, means “the reward” and represents our values.
