Thanks to bottle ageing of more than 48 months and a 40% share of reserve wines, the result is a sparkling, fresh premium champagne full of character and extreme finesse. On the nose, you are greeted by aromas of candied fruit, ripe apples and delicious brioche. A fine sparkling perlage develops on the palate with a long, round finish.
